Cancellation Policy

Overview


At Bitezzo, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both clients and vendors while minimizing disruptions to scheduled services.

Client Cancellations


If a client wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking but at least 7 days before the event will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Vendor Cancellations


Vendors are expected to fulfill all confirmed bookings. In the event a vendor must cancel a booking, they are required to provide a full refund to the client, including the non-refundable deposit and any remaining payments already collected.

Bitezzo reserves the right to impose penalties or suspend vendor accounts for repeated cancellations without valid reasons.

Force Majeure


Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone's control (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or emergencies) may be exempt from penalties. In such cases, Bitezzo will work with both clients and vendors to reach an amicable resolution.

Refunds


Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
