These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bitezzo platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Platform and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. The Platform’s features, including data, services, and functions (collectively, “Features”), may change over time and access to certain Features may require payment.

Vendor Content

Bitezzo may allow you to upload, create, or share content on the Platform (“Vendor Content”). By submitting Vendor Content, you grant Bitezzo a perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, modify, and distribute your content in any format or medium.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you share. Bitezzo reserves the right to remove any Vendor Content at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

While using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform to violate any laws, regulations, or rights of others.
• Upload harmful or malicious code, or interfere with the functionality of the Platform.
• Harvest user data or contact other users outside the Platform for unauthorized purposes.
• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.

Bitezzo reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that engage in prohibited activities.

Payments

For transactions made through the Platform, Bitezzo may charge a commission on confirmed bookings. Details of commission rates will be disclosed at the time of booking. You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of the Platform.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which can be reviewed here. Failure to adhere to the policy may result in penalties or account suspension.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and all associated content are owned by Bitezzo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary content without prior written consent.

Account Termination

Bitezzo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Intellectual Property

Any and all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights concerning any ideas, concepts, suggestions, materials, or similar contributions provided by the Vendor to Bitezzo regarding the Bitezzo Platform shall become the exclusive property of Bitezzo. These contributions may be used for Bitezzo’s business purposes at its sole discretion without any obligation for payment, accounting, remuneration, or attribution to the Vendor.

Additionally, with respect to any content in which the Vendor holds prior intellectual property rights, including Vendor logos and trademarks, the Vendor grants Bitezzo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content on the Bitezzo Platform and affiliated websites. All other logos, designs, trade dress, and data contained on or accessed through the Bitezzo Platform are the exclusive property of Bitezzo.

Consent

By using the Bitezzo Platform, the Vendor consents to and agrees to be bound by these Terms. The Vendor acknowledges that their use of the Bitezzo Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and serves as consideration for their license to access and use the Platform.

The Vendor further agrees that their continued use of the Bitezzo Platform following any changes or amendments to these Terms will constitute their acceptance, agreement, and consent to any such revised Terms.

Additional Terms

Some features of the Platform may be subject to additional terms and conditions. By using those features, you agree to comply with any applicable additional terms, which will be considered part of this Agreement.
